Cultural Functions in Practice exhibits this standard by demonstrating that a school’s vision and mission can promote a school culture and instructional program. Hybrid learning requires a shift in how you continue to support those essential components of your school culture that are needed to keep it thriving like collaboration, celebrations, and high expectations. This account of my observations and reflections provides an example of how a school made that shift to keep their school culture alive, and it was done by staying true to their mission. |

Establishing a Continuous Professional Learning Culture exhibits this standard by demonstrating a professional development plan that supports the appropriate technologies to support teaching and learning during a pandemic. Hybrid learning or full Elearning requires different resources to engage students, provide actionable feedback, and effective communication. This plan demonstrates the monitoring of instructional practices and provides support to the teachers as they shift from in person teaching and learning to a hybrid model and at some points in the school year, full Elearning. |

School Professional Development Analysis exhibits this standard by demonstrating my ability to analyze and evaluate a school’s professional development program, including their ability to increase the capacity of faculty in a way that aligns to the school vision and mission and promotes student learning. The analysis uses evidence-centered research in evaluating the professional development plan. The analysis also includes a reflection on personal professional practices related to delivering a professional development session for second and third year teachers. |

This artifact also includes a personal reflection on professional practices related to developing proficient teachers using the coaching cycle. This artifact also incorporates PSEL Standard 6, which requires leaders to develop the professional capacity and practice of school personnel to promote academic success and well-being. |
